Meditation

Join us for an evening of slowing down and reconnecting. We'll spend the first hour in guided meditation and breathwork, followed by an hour to enjoy a glass of wine, relax, and connect with one another.

Summer Series: Together

  • Join us on Sundays for a small group Bible study on the 2nd floor! Come at 10:30 am for an hour of breakfast, community, and learning together!

  • Start your week with meditation: this will be an hour of breathwork, becoming grounded, and recentering so you will leave feeling energized, aligned, and ready to conquer the week ahead.

  • On Tuesday, August 18 we will meet for our second book club gathering to discuss Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan. This beautifully written novella explores ordinary courage, compassion, and the quiet choices that can shape a life.
